Bennett Renault, based on Barrack Road in Leeds, celebrated their first year in business alongside two of their partnered sporting stars, Renault UK Clio Cup racer Max Coates and Leeds Rhino’s mascot Ronnie the Rhino.
The event attracted visitors both locally and from further afield to take a look around the dealership and the range of Renault and Dacia cars available.
Following a successful 3rd season in the Renault UK Clio Cup Max Coates attendance also included his race winning R.S. Renault Clio Cup car as well as his racing simulator. Both went down a storm with a variety of people taking part and challenging Max’s best times on the simulator. Likewise, guests enjoyed the opportunity to sit in Max’s car and gain an understanding of the unique cockpit in a racing car.
Ronnie the Rhino entertained the children around the dealership and helped to run a competition to kick a ball into the back of the All-New Duster, showcasing the new shape and added space that it offers. Alongside Max’s Clio Cup campaign Bennett Renault have become an official partner to Leeds Rhino’s, the North's most prominent Rugby League team competing in the Super league sponsored by Dacia and their shockingly affordable range of vehicles.
Guests also enjoyed wood oven cooked pizza’s from The Singing Pineapple Catering Company Following a successful year in business Bennett Renault are expanding with new team members and are looking forward to supporting Max again over the next year. “we can't wait to see how the year goes and we're confident in Max after a very exciting racing year in 2018. He's on top of the game with Clio racing and along with RMB Auto we're proud to support him and everything he has to offer”
Max will be unveiling his race car livery at the Renault UK Clio Cup media day at Silverstone on 22nd March.
